perfect base for walking to parks and iconic landmarks

my stay was really enjoyable, especially since I was just a short walk from the Brandenburg Gate and the stunning New National Gallery, making it easy to fit in visits to some of Berlin's best sights during my weekend explorations.

great breakfast, but flawed rooms

Woke up to a vibrant breakfast spread that had something for everyone. The design is modern yet cozy, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

However, the mattress was incredibly uncomfortable, and despite requesting a replacement, the staff seemed unresponsive to our concerns.

the room was spacious and quiet, with modern decor. housekeeping did a solid job keeping everything clean. the staff were super knowledgeable about the area and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the great location that made it easy to explore Berlin. Our kids loved the nearby zoo, a must-see for families. The hotel atmosphere had a nice vibe, which fit perfectly for our family trip.

In my wife’s opinion, the housekeeping could definitely use improvement.

I had a lovely stay with my family, especially enjoying the spacious Superior Twin Room and the delightful breakfast spread every morning. The garden area was a peaceful spot to unwind, and the leisure room had great options for family fun. The only hiccup was a bit of noise from the street at night, but it didn't really bother us. 🌼

The location was convenient, allowing for quick access to public transport and major sights within walking distance. However, the cleaning could have been more thorough, and some areas felt like they needed better management. Heating might be a concern in warmer months as the central air conditioning was off. The welcome drinks were a nice touch, though breakfast felt overpriced at €15 per person.

i had a lovely four-night stay at quentin xl potsdamer platz. the classic double room was very modern and featured a big mirror and an espresso machine, making it feel extra cozy. the staff were super friendly, especially the night receptionist who was really helpful. the hotel was quiet, and the blackout blind helped us sleep well at night.

Great warm bathroom with a rain shower. strange feelings in black corridors.
